They're separate products with separate pricing, and many businesses use both.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Add a card to begin, explore every feature, and cancel anytime before day 14 to pay nothing — billing only continues if you decide to keep going. The AI Front Desk also includes a free personalized preview built from your website before you pay.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?

How is the AI Front Desk metered?
Each AI Front Desk plan includes a monthly pool of answered minutes — 300 on Starter, 750 on Growth, 1,500 on Professional. Minutes beyond your plan are billed at $0.35/min. There's no setup fee.
Do you charge per user?
